Fostering Innovation in Polar and Ocean Instrumentation NCPOR hosted the 2nd meeting with the Indian Institute of Technology Goa to explore potential collaboration for developing advanced instrumentation for polar and ocean studies. Dr. Thamban Meloth, Director, NCPOR, welcomed the  Indian Institute of Technology  Goa team led by Prof. Dhirendra S. Katti and Prof. Prasad Gogineni from the University of Alabama.
